Changes in Registration Procedure
As of the 2007-2008 season, registration procedures are changing slightly from past seasons. This is due to the fact that the state association, "RISA", has adopted a new system. The state registrar will make up all new passes for every player in the league. Please cooperate fully with your team representative so we can get everyone registered and passes in hand in time to play our first games.
The registration kits require:
- TWO copies of a completed and signed registration form.
- One color wallet head shot photo with the player's name written on the back of the photo
- One photocopy of a photo ID (i.e., school ID, drivers license, state issued ID)
- $30.00 registration fee (Your team may charge more for team dues, but your team rep must submit $30.00 for each player registered.
